Start by searching your keywords on wordtracker:
Then see if you can register a domain name with those keywords in it (don't forget you can use MY / YOUR / BEST / BUY or other words before your popular keywords (like buymyofficefurniture.com (which is available at the time of this writing) instead of officefurniture.com which is taken. You still have the keywords in the domain URL which will give you a big head start on getting it to the top of the google search engines for that phrase.
