Domain Name Industry
We love domain names and have been actively prospecting domains since the mid 90's. There is no other real estate with more potential than a domain name.
For less than $10 you can own a name on the internet, and depending on how good that name is, it could be worth hundreds, thousands, even in some cases millions of dollars.
I know of no other area that holds more growth potential than the domain name industry. Take a good look at what these well known publications had to say on the subject of domain names.
"Internet domain names are a hot commodity again. But unlike the 1990s,
when speculators bought up Web addresses in hopes of reselling them
later for a big payday, many of today's purchases are aimed at cashing
in on the boom in online advertising."
"The
domain name is 21st century real estate," says Warren Adelman,
president of GoDaddy.com, the world's largest domain name registrar,
with 12.9 million. "The economy is being increasingly driven by the
Internet sector."Our Domain Names
We collect names in a variety of business verticals, some are "concept names" that are brand and trademark potentials, others are related to generic keywords and are used for search engine optimization and lead generation. If you're interested you can see "iXLd's big list of domain names" and if any interest you, please view our Domain Name Joint Venture Proposal to find out how you can work with us to develop these names so we can both benefit from them.
This article on CNN money is a nice summary of the industry, although it's now even bigger as the article dates back to 2005.
