While working with our client Rick Stonehouse on his marketing, we came up with the idea to create custom audio for his house listings, to be placed both on his website, but also on small FM transmitter that would transmit the audio for about a one block radius.

This effectively created his own personal radio station. The idea was a big hit and we had several national news stories done on our idea as well as providing a new revenue stream and a very effective sales closing tool (not every agent has an FM station all their own to sell their listing with).
